You are obviously very worried about this lump. You don't say whether you are male or female. My guess is the former. Ice is very good for swellings, you know. Perhaps rubbing the swelling from time to time might bring relief. Have you been measuring it? I wouldn't be too concerned about it appearing when reading or surfing the net....unless the material contains material of an offensive nature, like George W Bush, say. I hope you find this helpful.
